A great team effort by all the girls. More new combinations and still the girls managed to gel.
Florrie was put through her paces with a strong GD but she really held her own and made some great runs and shot really well. Jess Young at GS moved well working round the circle and allowing Florrie good space.
Nat and Caroline were patient in their feeding and led the attack well.
Another good defensive partenrship with Sharon at WD, Jess M at GD and Jane at GK. Jess especially worked some great angles causing Flyers to think twice about putting the ball in.
Sharon was awarded girl of the match by the umpires.
Another great performace. A good and much needed win..... next week, the league leaders! Goodo!
