Match Report - 13 Nov 2013, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Braves lost to Baldock Whites
With 7 players we knew from the start that we would have to try to keep up the momentum due to having no subs to swap on, which we soon found was extremely hard for such a fast paced match.
The first quarter our opposition took the lead with us following closely behind with the score of 9-6.
The second quarter our opposition really pulled away as we struggled to keep up, finishing with a score of 10-4 to them.
We have a habit during the third quarter of our matches of stepping up our game, which was no different in this match where we managed to draw 5-5.
Although this wasn't followed through as much in the final quarter and the opposition won 9-2.
In future matches I think a longer warm up is needed so we don't use the first quarter to get into the game which I think is why it takes until our third quarter to pull ahead, despite this all of our team continue to work really hard match after match and we really gel as a team.
