after going 1-0 down in a hesitant start, baldock blues emerged victorious over cobras with an easy win, smashing their performance record so far this season with a admirable result of 52 to cobras 9.
As usual the shooters were on fire with notable from GA emily and GS georgie, emily's strong work in and out of the circle and georgie's miraculous ... See Morelong distant shots set Baldock apart from tough oposition. Strong performances ere also seen from WA's Daniella and Jess who both contributed to a strong attacking force.
Centre celia and WD Gemma aided the victory with good centre court play and some impressive interceptions. A real strength in the blues squad is the defence where GD Hana and GK Sarah kept Cobra shooters out the picture, enabling just 9 goals to be scored (in 60 minutes)
Overall the match was a huge success, aided by fantastic support from Emily's friends, the mums and Bev and the Blues now eagerly await their next fixture focusing on their goal: winning the league
