Match Report - 24 Jan 2012, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze lost to Beds police
I can bearly write about this game!
The Reds played a fantastic game. Lesa shot well, Jess Y worked around the circle well, Caroline put some good balls in, Nat controlled the game at Centre, Jo made some fantastic interceptions and Jess and Jane owned the oppositions circle.
The first quarter we went up 6 - 0 and were controlling the game. Beds police fought hard and came back to with in 3.
Every quarter we managed to finish 3 or 4 ahead.
Going into the last quarter, we were confident we could win the game. And then it started going wrong. As the rain desceneded and the ball became slippery everything just started going Beds way as little mistakes crept in from everyone.
A bitterly, bitterly disappointing finish to a great game and one we really did deserve to win :(
Onwards and upwards though I suppose!!
