Won overall!
A quiet first quarter led to a narrow loss for us, with only one goal separating each team despite some fantastic goals being scored and excellent defending on our part.
We found our feet in the second quarter and fed some great balls in to the shooters, who, as always, provided a great finish. Kate and Holly worked hard in the defending D to prevent Pandas from scoring, with only one goal making it past them, resulting in an excellent 8-1 win for us!
The score margin was narrow throughout the third quarter but we fought to win and managed to maintain our lead.
Kate and Holly performed excellently once again to keep Pandas out whilst the centre court players consistently worked the ball up the court to find our shooters – we ended the quarter with a 9-2 lead.
We played a great game with an excellent display of teamwork – a well-deserved win!
