14 – 20 (Match stopped after ¾ due to icy courts)
Blacks fought hard to keep up with Caldecote, who seemed to be one step ahead of us.
Despite starting the game with only one of our usual shooters, shots were netted consistently throughout the game, set up by some excellent feeds into the attacking D.
Caldecote were also shooting well and our defenders worked tirelessly to keep them out, with the centre court players showing good teamwork in getting the ball away from the defending D and down to our shooters.
Unfortunately we didn’t quite manage to close the gap between us, and the match was stopped after three quarters due to slippery courts.
