Match Report - 15 Oct 2013, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Spirit lost to Caldecote Coyotes
We went into this game slightly apprehensive about how aggressive Caldecote would be, but after a slow start we warmed up and managed to catch up with them only losing the first quarter by 2 goals. Unfortunately the second quarter didn’t go our way as Caldecote came back with vengeance and took over the game leaving us at a 5 goal difference. The third quarter Caldecote moved a few of their players around which changed the dynamics of the game completely, we played well and held our space, both Caroline and George worked hard to hold to get free and with the help of Jen and Betsy managed to score 5 goals. It was a good start to the season and if we can play as well next time I think we have a good chance of beating them.
