Match Report - 30 Oct 2013, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Braves beat Priory Fusion
We went into the match with only one of our regular shooters. The first quarter was very close, after going 2-0 down and Emma our GK having to go off injured we managed to win by one goal,. However the whole team thought we had lost. This spur us onto win the 2nd quarter rather convincingly. Rachel and Alana had a great partnership shooting and whilst Claire and Kate in defence frustrated the shooters of the opposition.
We went into the 3rd quarter with two shooters who don't normally shoot. Rachel and Emma did a great job, unfortunately we lost that quarter. The team stayed unchanged during the final quarter and we were determined to win as we thought we had lost the first quarter. With a great team effort from everyone we won the 4th quarter by 3 goals. It was great to see the final scorecard and find out we had won the match. Well done blues!!!
