Match Report - 19 Mar 2014, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Braves beat Ivel Pheonix
Knowing this was going to be our last game for a while we went out very strongly and worked well to gain the lead of 7-4. We continued our hard work into the second quarter although a swap in the oppositions defenders threw us a bit making it hard for us to keep possession of the ball allowing the opposition to catch up to us, however we managed to stay one goal ahead at all times, finishing this quarter 11-10. The third quarter was very similar but we kept the lead, finishing 18-16. Having such a close score in the previous two quarters meant we went out into the third quarter determined to gain a stronger lead and to ensure we didn't make as many little mistakes. Our determination showed in the way we played meaning we won the game 24 - 18.
