Days Bakery was founded in 1741 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire. It has been run by family members throughout its long existence and prides itself on quality. They expanded the business to 11 shops, introducing their 'food to go' and over the last two years, Days has been creating its artisan section. Days have now acquired the village shop in Great Chesterford, and have turned a traditional bakery into 'Day's Food Hall' including a cafe, bakery and deli, with all your essentials and more - a great shopping experience.
