Match Report - 21 Oct 2009, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze beat Bluebelles
Its true, Bluebells were a player down... however this gave us a chance to work on our block/space marking and it paid off.
The reds played as a unit, covering the space and getting some great interceptions.
As always Jenna was spot on with her shooting and after the first quarter her and Jane had worked things out brilliantly.
Equally, down the other end, Caroline got fed up of being poken in the ribs ~(and losing out to the tall GA) so her and Becky changed it around. Becky therfore managed to get some great interceptions, earning her girl of the match!!
Regan, Nat and Jess played brilliantly in the centre of the court to push the players in and make it easier for all. Some lovely balls in from all the girls, with some extra special ones from Regan.
A great win, well done girls and thanks as always to Bev, Penny, Hana and our new cheer leader James (ha ha ha)... now bring on the beers!!! (+ Wine)
