Match Report - 17 May 2010, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze beat Manor Farm Fishing
Wow! What a fantastic game, best game all season!
We started off a bit slow and went a few games behind. However a master mind change in the third quarter seeing Becky go into GD and Caroline in at GK really consolidated the defence! Becky came out like a woman possessed and had an amazing quarter, pressuring the GA their key player, gaining interceptions and re bounds.
The thirds quarter saw the scores stay level through out. Reagan went and Lesa stepped up to the mark as shooter.
The final quarter was so close and the reds needed nerves of steel. It became really tense and every centre was crucial. Nat and both Jess' remained solid in centre court and Jenna held her nerve in the most amazings style, sinking long range shots from all over the place.
Lesa then found some confidence and style that we all know she has and joined the party, sinking vital shots.
With some last minute interceptions from Becky and Caroline in defence, we were able to turn over the last few centres, securing the victory!!!
Brilliant fight, fantastic support and a well earned win :)

Player of the match was close between Jenna and Becky, but has to go to Becky, absoloutly brilliant.
