Match report by Blue team Captain Emma Slattery.
Well another fantastic win by the team we have really gelled together now and fought really hard for this win!!!
A slight misdemeanour with the goal post at the beginning which meant one of our posts was a bit faulty but luckily Kev Anderson came to our rescue and fixed the post for us enabling the game to take place. (Thanks Kev!)
Charlee has really settled into the team well and made some fantastic interceptions stopping the ball going into our opponents shooting circle.
Jess Farmer has really discovered that her height is defiantly to an advantage to her stopping the goals being scored and working really well with Claire to stop the ball going into the net great team work girls.
However the game was a bit contacted with poor Jess B being knocked all over the place but she fought back hard to not let her opponent get to her and gave her all to really help get the ball into our shooters. Considering Jess B has never really played WA she gave it her all and played very well.
The fourth quarter was by far our best as we really fought hard for the win as it was a draw for a time everyone gave it their all.
