Match Report - 04 Oct 2011, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze beat Beds Police
Well, this was a testing match and VERY physical. Early on after taking a few 'hits' (hmm netball isn't a non contact sport these days!!) we decided that we had to get strong.
The defence of Sharon, Jane and Jo worked really well and steadied us.
Jess played a strong game at Centre (with it going a bit wrong when I stepped in to give her a rest!)
The new combination of myself, Julia and Harriet in attack had some moments of greatness and some moments - just moments!
A really good win and we still feel that we're only playing at 70% so definitely room for improvement, but its time to bring it!!
