Match Report - 20 Feb 2012, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze beat T&S
Well this was the crunge match of the season. T&S V Baldock Reds.
Both teams were depleted in squads but both were determined and went out hard.
The reds took an early lead and didn't look back.
Jess Caroline and Lesa made a really tight attack and Jess Marley steadied the team in at Centre.
In the second quarter, Jane, Jane and Sharon ensured that T&S barely got the ball in to the circle.
T&S made numerous changes, but none worked to stop the attack and Jess and Caroline had free range to pass the ball into the circle. Jess Young and Lesa were on fire and the reds went from strength to strength.
This was a fantastic win for the reds. We are so proud of our team, being able to pull together, injury after injury.
