Whites start with a win but made hard work of it!
We started with a bit of a hiccup with our GK not being able to start until she removed an illegal piece of jewellery, tut tut, which meant Caz Reid stepped in to help out our already depleted defence. We battled in the first quarter and got a draw. We decided that this wasn't good enough and stepped up our play to win the remaining 3 quarters. The team worked hard together and we need to continue to improve and build as the season progresses, it was good to get off to a winning start!
