A fantastic start to the season everyone really pulled together and worked very well together. The shooters were on form with Emma E obtaining the high balls and making sure that they went in the goal at every opportunity. Amy Witt fought well and made sure that she supported Emma and made some fantastic shots at every chance she had. The flow was very nice down the court with everyone getting their spaces timed to ensure the ball flowed easily in the goal third.
The defenders fought hard to make sure that they could block the shooters out of the circle making it difficult for them to shoot. Some lovely interceptions from Georgia-Mae who has a brilliant lean and was making sure that she tipped the ball so that Sunner could grab the rebounds.
All in all a very good match by everyone. Well done Blacks keep up the good work.
