Match Report - 19 Sep 2015, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Blaze beat Crosskeys
Match report from Bridget :)
We started off well, though a little slow, winning the first quarter by 10 goals.
After that it seemed Crosskeys were determined to up the fight. With amazing feeding into the circle by Jess and great rebounds and holding by our shooters, we were able to increase our lead by another 5 goals.
We started to lose our confidence in the third quarter, but with some real fight for the ball, especially by Jane and Danielle, we managed to just keep the lead.
By the fourth quarter the skills had gone downhill and with some changes in defence we were unsettled but still determined to keep fighting and were able to pull through with a win. We know what to expect for next time and can hopefully make it to 60 goals if not more!
