Match Report - 12 Dec 2018, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Mystics beat Sirens
After learning of the disappointment of missing out on the Heritage Cup Final on goal difference, it was time for Baldock Blacks to start their league campaign before the Christmas break. On a freezing night in Hitchin, the Blacks blistered through the first two quarters with a strong lead. But as the cold and fatigue set in a little, Sirens began to close the gap but the team's resilience and enthusiam paid off and we held on to get us off to a winning start. Special thanks to Joanne Elliott who guest played for the team and a welcome addition to the club! We end 2018 with a brilliant win and hope to take this fantastic form into 2019... now for mulled wine and mince pies, well done ladies!
